5 PNP ranking officials binalasa

INANUNSYO ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na kasama sa kanilang binalasa ang limang ranking officials.

Ito ang nakasaad sa kautusan ni PNP Chief, General Benjamin Acorda, Jr., na may petsang Nobyembre 17.

Binanggit sa naturang order si Director for Information and Communication Technology Management (DICTM) Major Gen. Bernard Banac na itinalaga bilang Director of the Special Action Force (SAF), kapalit ni Maj. Gen. Rudolph Dimas.

Inilipat si Dimas sa Directorate for Plans (DPL).

Ang dating hepe ng DPL na si Brig. Gen. Neil Alinsañgan ay itinalaga na hepe ng DICTM, kapalit ni Banac; habang si Brig. Gen. John Chua na dating hepe ng Police Regional Office-Ilocos (PRO-1) ay inilagay sa Area Police Command (APC) sa Visayas.

“Brig. Gen. Lou Evangelista, director of Police Community Affairs and Development Group (PCADG), will replace Chua at PRO-1; while Col. Restituto Arcangel will be the PCADG director,” ani Acorda.

“If there are any changes in the command because of vacancies, if somebody is retiring or there are problems with commanders on the ground, that’s the only time we do a reshuffle. It’s only done to fill up vacancies that will be created,” dagdag pa ni Acorda.
