Bicol Saro, top 3 sa performance survey para sa mga partylist representative

KINATAWAN ng neophyte lawmaker na si Brian Raymund Yamsuan, ang Bicol Saro ay hinirang bilang isa sa top 3 best performing partylist representatives ng 19th Congress sa pinakahuling nationwide survey na isinagawa ng RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD).

Ang Bicol Saro ay pumangatlo sa independent survey, na nakakuha ng impresibong performance rating na 87.1 percent.

Since being named the first nominee of Bicol Saro, our partylist has been working hard to be the voice in Congress not only of the people of Bicol but of society’s underprivileged sectors. Bicol Saro, through this humble representation, will strive to be even better in serving our people, and in making good governance viral in our country,” pahayag ni Yamsuan.

Bagama’t naluklok si Yamsuan sa puwesto bilang nag-iisang kinatawan ng Bicol Saro sa House of
Representatives noong Pebrero 22 , 2023, nakaipon na siya ng sunud-sunod na mga tagumpay, na pangunahing nag-akda ng 73 panukalang batas, kung saan 24 ang naaprubahan sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa at isa na pinagtibay sa batas.

May hawak siyang dalawang House vice committee chairmanship—sa Committee on Bicol Affairs and Economic Development at sa Committee on Games and Amusements. Si Yamsuan ay miyembro rin ng mayorya sa Committees on Energy; Good Government And Public Accountability; Justice; Natural Resources; Public Information; Public Order And Safety; Suffrage And Electoral Reforms; Transportation; and West Philippine Sea.

Nasa ikatlong pwesto rin sa survey ng RPMD na may 87.2 percent ang 4PS Partylist, na kinatawan nina JC Abalos at Marcelino Libanan sa 19th Congress.

Sa rating na 92. 8 percent, ang TINGOG Partylist, na kinakatawan nina Yedda Marie Romualdez at Jude Acidre, ay nananatiling No. 1 performing partylist sa RP-Mission survey.

Nagbabahagi ng 2nd place honors ang mga partylist organization na Ako Probinsiyano na may 88.9 porsyento sa ilalim ng representasyon ni Representative Alfred Delos Santos; Agimat (Rep. Bryan Revilla), 88.6 percent; at ACT-CIS Partylist (Reps. Edvic Yap, Erwin Tulfo at Jocelyn Tulfo) na may 88.1 percent.

Sa fifth place rankings ay ang ALONA na may 85.7 percent; Ako Bisaya, 84.5 percent; at Marino, 8.42 porsyento.

Nasa 6th place ang TGP Partylist na may 82.6 percent, habang ang 1RIDER ay nasa ikapitong puwesto na may 81.4 percent score.

Ang pag-ikot sa nangungunang sampung ay ang mga Senior Citizen sa ika-8 puwesto na may 80.1% na rating; Ang Uswag Ilonggo at AKO Bicol ay nagbabahagi ng ika-9 na posisyon na may 78.8% at 78.7%, ayon sa pagkakasunod; at PBA na may 77.5% na marka.

Ang non-commissioned na Boses ng Bayan survey ng RP-Mission ay isinagawa mula Disyembre 27, 2023 hanggang Enero 5, 2024 sa 10,000 nasa hustong gulang na Pilipino sa mga lungsod at rehiyon, na nagpapakita ng demograpikong proporsyonal sa opisyal na populasyon ng botante.

Ang survey ay may margin of error na +/-1% at 95% na antas ng kumpiyansa. Ang survey ay isinagawa sa ilalim ng gabay ni Dr. Paul Martinez, isang global affairs analyst at Executive Director ng RPMD.

Ayon kay Dr. Martinez, “The core of this (Boses ng Bayan) report lies in its commitment to capturing the collective voice of the Filipino public.”

“Through extensive surveys and interviews, we have gathered a comprehensive view of how these Representatives have fared in terms of legislative productivity, advocacy for their sectors, responsiveness to public needs, transparency, and overall engagement with the communities they represent,” dagdag pa nito.
