LUMAWIG pa ang advocacy for a cause ni businessman/ sportsman JEREMY RANDELL GO matapos siyang mahalal na opisyal ( Board of Director)ng National Chess Federation of the Philippines nitong weekend lang.

Si Go na tanyag sa aspeto ng pagtulong sa mga national sports associations tulad ng grassroot sa basketball, volleyball, wrestling, cycling, triathlon, muay, rowing, sepak, takraw,boxing, golf stop. at ngayon naman ay larangan ng chess kung saan ang mga manlalarong may potesyal na makasungkit ng medalya ay kanyang sinusuportahan kaya mapalad ang mga taga- chess community ng mabibiyayaan ng kanyang kalinga.

“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who placed their trust and confidence in me during the recently concluded National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) Board of Directors election.

To all the delegates, stakeholders, members of the chess community, friends, and supporters—thank you for your overwhelming support. I am truly honored by the opportunity to serve and contribute to the continued growth of Philippine chess.

This election is not just a personal milestone but a shared responsibility. I am committed to working collaboratively with my fellow members of the Board, our federation, local chess organizations, coaches, players, and partners to strengthen the foundation of Philippine chess.

One of my priorities is the continued development of our grassroots programs. I firmly believe that investing in our young players, expanding opportunities at the community level, and making chess more accessible across the country are essential to building a stronger future for Philippine chess. By nurturing talent from the grassroots, we can create a sustainable pathway that will produce more nationally and internationally competitive players.

I look forward to listening, learning, and working with everyone who shares the same vision of elevating Philippine chess. Together, through unity, integrity, and dedication, we can achieve meaningful progress for our sport.
