P205-M pondo ng Comelec sa pagbili ng ballot paper at marking pens para sa May 2022 polls

NAGLAAN ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) ng halos P205 milyong pondo para sa pagbili ng mga ballot paper at marking pens na gagamitin sa May 2022 polls.

“The Comelec, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2021, intends to apply the sum of P204,921,062.37 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Ballot Paper and Marking Pens for use in the 2022 National and Local Elections – 2nd Bidding,” anang Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC) ng Comelec sa Invitation to Bid nito.

Ayon sa Comelec, ito ay para sa suplay at delivery ng 2,680 rolyo ng ballot paper at 1,946,900 piraso ng marking pens.

Sinabi ng Comelec, ang mga matatanggap na bids na lampas sa ABC ay awtomatikong rejected sa Bid Opening.

Ang mga interesadong bidders ay maari anilang kumuha ng complete set ng bidding documents sa SBAC Secretariat Office sa Comelec Annex Building sa Intramuros, Manila, mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 5:00 ng hapon, Lunes hanggang Biyerners.

Itinakda ng poll body ang Pre-Bid Conference sa Hulyo 14 ganap na 10:00 ng umaga, via Microsoft Teams, at bukas ito sa lahat ng prospective bidders.

Ang deadline para sa pagsusumite ng bids ay sa Hulyo 26, ganap na 8:00 ng umaga, na may bid documents na ipapadala at isi-share electronically sa SBAC Secretariat sa sbac@comelec.gov.ph.

Ang opening of bids naman ay isasagawa ng Comelec, virtually, sa Hulyo 26, ganap na 10:00 ng umaga sa pamamagitan ng Microsoft Teams. (Andi Garcia)
