97 katao kinasuhan ng CIDG sa Sept. 21 rally

PORMAL nang sinanpahan ng kaso sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang 97 katao ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) kaugnay ng kaguluhan sa kilos protesta noong September 21, 2025.
Ayon kay Major General Robert Alexander A. Morico II, Director CIDG, ang 97 katao ay sinampahan ng inciting to sedition, conspiracy and proposal to commit sedition.
“A total of 97 persons of interest involved directly doon sa violent incident case was filed. The investigation is continuing and in the next few days we will be filing again cases against the instigators and supposed people who are behind the violent incident in Recto and in Mendiola,” pahayag ni Morico.
Sinabi ni Morico na kabilang sa 97 individual na sinamaphan ng kaso ‘yung instigators, mga nag-fund at “those who are behind the planning ongoing ‘yung investigation natin. We assure you that wala pong sisinuhin.
“As you well know we have already subpoena the people not only ‘yung mga involved na nakita doon sa video and as I have said earlier case buildup is ongoing. We will be filing cases,” ani ni Morico.
Ilan sa mga lumahok sa kilos protesta ang inaresto nang magsimula ang mga ito ng kaguluhan, na nagresulta ng pagkasugat sa ilang raliyista at kawani ng pulisya.
