Namaril na estudyante naimpluwensiyahan ng Roblox?

MAAARINNG naimpluwensyahan ng larong ‘Roblox’ ang estudyanteng namaril sa Ateneo de Zamboanga University noong Martes, ayon kay Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla.
“We still have to do forensic examination on the gadgets of the shooter. Hindi pa natin alam with certainty but it is with great degree of confidence that he was influenced by the game of Roblox because of the manner which he did it,” ani Remulla sa isang press briefing nitong Miyerkoles.
“Roblox in itself is not a dangerous game. It is the chat group that is beside it. Do’n nagkakaroon ng buyuan, do’n nagkakaroon ng radicalization,” dagdag niya.
Mayroon din aniyang mga testigong nakakita sa salarin na naglalaro ng Roblox, ngunit hindi pa tapos ang forensic examination sa kanyang mga gadget.
Dahil dito, muling nanawagan ang kalihim sa Kongreso na suriin ang mga batas kaugnay ng first-person shooter games.
“I call upon Congress again to help us control and curb the use of first person shooter games that influence these young minds,” ani Remulla.
