VP Sara malinaw na responsable sa lahat ng galaw sa confi funds – Rep. Luistro

BINIGYANG-DIIN ng House Prosecution Team na napakalinaw sa mga testimonya ng mga testigong humarap sa impeachment trial na si Vice President Sara Duterte ang responsable sa lahat ng galaw kaugnay sa P500 million na confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President (OVP).

Sinabi ni House lead prosecutor at Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro, lumabas sa takbo ng paglilitis na lahat ng ginawang hakbang ng OVP magmula sa pag-request ng confidential funds hanggang sa paggastos at pag-liquidate nito ay inapruahan o alinsunod sa utos ni VP Duterte.

Tinukoy ni Luistro na batay ito sa magkakatugmang mga testimonya nina OVP special disbursing officer Gina Acosta at OVP Assistant Secretary and Assistant Chief of Staff Lemuel Ortonio.

Ani Luistro, klarong nailahad nina Acosta at Ortonio na ang pag-request ng confidential funds, paggastos at pagsusumite ng accomplishment report o liquidation report ay may basbas at utos ng head ng agency na walang iba kundi si VP Sara.
