ZALDY CO NAKATIRA SA $600M GUSALI SA PARIS – DILG CHIEF

NANANATILI si dating Ako Bicol party-list Representative Zaldy Co sa Paris, France, partikular sa $600-million gusali na umano’y kanya mismong pag-aari, pagbubunyag ni Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla.
“Zaldy Co is in Paris, he’s in his third month of application for asylum. We are confident he won’t get it,” pahayag ni Remulla.
Ayon sa kalihim, naghain narin ang pamahalaan ng kahilingan para sa Red Notice ng International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) upang makatulong sa paghahanap at posibleng pag-aresto kay Co.
“We have filed for a Red Notice, and as soon as it’s issued and there’s no asylum, kukunin na natin siya,” dagdag pa niya
Nang tanungin tungkol sa kinaroroonan ng dating mambabatas sa Paris, sinabi ni Remulla na naninirahan umano ito sa Avenue de Montaigne.
“He’s staying in Avenue de Montaigne, less than 200 meters away from Champs-Élysées, 10-bedroom chateau, with a value of I think, if I’m not mistaken, 600 million dollars,” anang DILG chief.
Nang tanungin muli kung pag-aari ni Co ang gusali, ani Remulla, “He owns the entire building.”
“Wow! Ah! Jaw-dropping talaga!” pahayag pa ni Remulla.
